OMG I CANT WAIT FOR THE LIVE Q&A!!!!!! I've been dying to hear more about your nutrition plan!!!!!!!!! Also, I was really hoping this episode would have told us if your appt showed what happened with the keto strips if they were bad or if you were in ketosis!!! Need answers hahah
