Hey all. Breaks my heart to update u that im feeling like hell. My plan was to get a new audio out today but I cant go 20 seconds without coughing and I desperately need to get better before shadows and seduction this week. So content might be a smidge delayed but I promise ill get u all the sexy stuff asap!! Thank u for bearing with me!!

One's health be it, physical, spiritual or mental MUST be the priority. Travel is a big trigger for health issues. I use "Airborne" starting the day before travel thru 1st day back home. I swear by it. Feel better. Rest, eat & drink clean now so you can indulge some in NOLA.
