Very simple little illustration but I'm happy I managed to finish it!

Drawing has felt difficult for a long time now, I'll spare you the whining but it's been an ongoing issue for more than a year now, with only small bursts of productivity inbetween, haha. Still trying my best to find my rhythm again, so I'm celebrating small successes like this.

I honestly just wanted to draw Kai and Emma, I really like their energy together and I'd love to explore their blooming friendship more at some point. They're very different but also share a lot of similar traits and interests. And I feel like their sense of fashion works very well together, so I wanted to draw them in kind of a partner look ^^) The mismatched socks are obviously the most important part of this. I imagine Kai trying to convince Jasper to do the mistmatched partner look with him because mistmatched socks are good luck in his (and my!!!) opinion, but Jasper would never. He's the type of person who would lose their mind if their socks are even just a slightly different shade of black, lol. However, any of Jasper's attempts to get Kai to wear matching, boring, unicoloured socks are also doomed to fail forever. Emma, being kind of the middle ground between Jas and Kai........ is up for whatever, which imho makes the trio perfect for each other u wu)

Anyway, that's a lotta thoughts on the basic concept of socks, but there you have it, haha.
