Gawd. That’s just a hard question. You’ve trained to do a job, it starts killing you mentally, find something else that’s unrelated that you’re good at, you start growing again, and then question whether you should go back. I’ve been there and completely feel for Kai.

Kai, no!! Changing my career was the best thing I ever did. Doing what makes you happy is what's important. As my grandpa always said, "Don't should on yourself, kid."

Kai you CAN do anything you want to. But will you be as happy in that job as you are in your current job. A friend that is a carrier councilor once told me we spend about half our lives at work so make sure it’s one you like. At the very least don’t hate or feel overly stressed like it’s killing you. Always evaluate the happy-like/stress ratio.
