Hello my gemlins~!

After the frantic post from yesterday informing you about #MUTED volume 1 preorders, I can finally sit down and talk to you about that more in depth.

The image above is the bonus print that the first 150 people who order will receive with their copy, signed by yours truly! 🖊

Initially preorders were supposed to start earlier in the year, I drew a version of this image back in late Januar already! I don't remember if I actually posted that one here or not. I decided to redraw it because I wasn't happy with the result back then and the difference is WILD.

The first 2+ months of 2023 were really hard on me both physically and mentally, I was so excited to do All Of The Things but I was constantly too exhausted due to ongoing lack of sleep (I whined about this before in a previous post so I'll spare you the sob story this time xD) and that's very much reflected in my art, too. I can see the struggle in every line in this picture, and it took like double the time compared to the new version, haha.

This is also pretty much the only "illustration" I'd done up until March, I've definitely gotten my mojo back ; _ ; )) Sleep solves all problems my guys !!

Anyway, about the preorder:

Thank you all so much for your continuous interest in getting the books, it makes me really happy to see! There were some concerns about international shipping prices at the beginning, but I'm happy to report that my publisher looked into the matter and was able to reduce the shipping fees a bit for some countries outside of the US!Shipping has gotten insanely expensive due to various world events over the past few years, so it's a bit of a struggle for everyone. Yaoi Revolution is also a small publisher,  not one of the regular big trad pub ones and pretty much run by one person, so there are limitations there, too! But we're trying to make as many customers as possible as happy as we can 🥰

Finally, let me just paste what I added to my promo posts on my socials here too, in case these questions come up!

I will go back to wrestling Shallow Sleep chapter 04 dialogues now, I am determined to finish the chapter this week but so far I keep getting sidetracked with other high priority work e _e)))
