Hello, Ashen Ones. Well, with the rise of AI, some people have already asked in the chat if I plan to incorporate it into my art. My initial answer was no. I’m not the type of artist who hates AI at all costs, but I don't think it’s useful for me yet.

I’d like to know your thoughts on AI. Do you like it or consume AI-generated content? Does it produce good images? I don't plan on adding it to my work, but I’m curious to hear what you think.

To me, ai takes away the human element. It’s not the artist’s work any more. Ultimately the decision is up to you but I personally avoid it at all costs.

I find it difficult to completely avoid AI content since it's really everywhere, I only really consume it by glancing at it but never generating any of my own, and if I use it it's mostly for quick inspiration to use while I commission real artists. Even the ones mistaken as "Good" never really has that real personal connection to it. All very bland in a way.

AI is a tool, not a replacement. I admit it's really helped me visualize a few of my more 'out there' ideas, however I then have someone do a proper, human produced, depiction based on the output. As for using it to render stuff like backgrounds in pics...yeah no. It sticks out like a sore thumb compared to most artists' style.

I resent the way AI is being forced upon every aspect of everyday life and ESPECIALLY into my artistic passion of muscle femmes. I have a zero tolerance policy towards artists that use AI and view it as fundamentally anti-art in it's very concept. That's not even touching on all the power and water usage issues of AI. I will not remain your patreon if you start using it.

Alright, everyone. As I said, adopting any kind of AI is completely off the table for me. I just wanted to hear your thoughts on the matter, since these images and videos are popping up everywhere.

I think AI or 'good' AI art is hmm acceptable, BUT if I were to compare it to your art AI is a 1/10 or 2/10. I, personally, think your art is just that good.

Just dont bring the quality down for quantity, a good drawing is worth 1000 ai slops

AI for art is a weird thing, it can deliver some good content, and maybe good purely in the sense of delivering what the input was, or sometimes it can deliver something that may legitimately look good, even then will still have something missing, be expressiveness, background quality, and above all the human intent, which takes away from any quality it may have. And that is before factoring environmental issues it entails as mentioned before, nor that it stretches what some could define as art.
