I know a lot of you were asking for fitness exercises you could do with your dog. And because I'm not a certified professional in this field (though my wallet says otherwise with the amount of money I've spent on physical therapy for my dogs lol!), I brought on a friend of mine to show us a few exercises that you can do at home!

And don't worry if you don't own the Propel Air Platform. You can substitute in other balance equipment, or use a few cushions pulled off your couch! Remember to always start all exercises on a flat surface until your dog has mastered them. Then level up the challenge with balance equipment.

As always, ad-free for patreon members until it's released publicly. And be sure to click on the video and open it in YouTube, like, and comment to help me out with the mysterious algorithm.

Thanks Ya'll! Enjoy!

Canine conditioning is an important part of a balanced exercise routing for your dog. Each exercise can be done on flat ground, then up on balance equipment like the Blue-9 Pet Products Propel Air Platform. If you don't have fitness equipment, you can also use couch cushions to create a stability challenge for your dog. Different sort of video that was interesting. Would love to go to Clicker Expo. When Snickers was about 2 years old, we took a trick class. What I didn't know was that the trainer was a certified canine fitness trainer. She pulled out all this, actually Fit Paws, equipment (we did other trick training as well). Too bad, but this trainer is not in the area anymore. But we did use a wobble board at home. I do have a Fit paws disk. We did some of those activities in our class. Reminds me of my own PT. :D
