SnapCore Inside!

This one was a gamble. I decided to go full frame as if it's an actual Gunpla. I think some parts can still be improved (especially cause some pushes are hard), but overall I am pleased with the result!Total Print time: 6h44m104g of filamentHeight: 13cm

Mr. Lyrik

Damn Nemo, this is one hell of an upgrade to your earlier model! Nicely done!!

Hey Nemo make version of this robot that's armed to the teeth, im talking missile launchers, mini guns, grenade launchers and of course anti tank cannons you can't go wrong with that lol

Nemo, I like the design, but after adding the armor, articulation is significantly reduced

yeah that's kind of inevitable for the shoulders at least

I’m just having a terrible time with the tolerances. Used PETG for the frame and PLA for the armor. Had to sand the shin and the inner part of the armor a ton to even get it to slide in. The hip was also a bit of a pain as the armor piece sliding onto the thigh joint was fine but then needed to use needle nose pliers to get the ball joint in.

Love the design, don’t get me wrong but just a little tweaking will get this to be great. Also some more steps and different angles would make the directions ever better.

Hey, I had the shin issue on the first print when the top sagged a bit. Did you change the orientation? If not, did you check whether something inside it sagged? Also what brand of pla and petg and what colors do you use? Unfortunately some tolerances vary depending on the colors as well. For example, I noticed the Bambu black (both petg and pla) shrinks a bit compared to others
