-I was also very triggered by this episode not the same why sky was but I had to stop watching it for a little before I could finish the full episode. Thanks for reacting to it. 🫰🏾

I get it. I personally don’t have PTSD, but my daughter does. Stay strong. I kind of hope that the show has Sky seeking professional help. I know it’s not a normal thing to seek therapy in some places, but it would be nice if it could be.

That would be great, instead of just the usual “you made me better” “he made me trust men again” storyline. Showing a character getting therapy (in Asia) would be so empowering

Nolan, I love you and I'm here.. I'm crying with you!! This episode was very heavy, and it triggered many emotions. It's hard to talk about trauma even to ourselves and I get it.. PTSD is a BITCH!!
