Now that I'm watching it again I realize that when he walked into the room with Babe's pictures he was walking fine so I'm thinking something is in the needles speeding up his healing process.

Yep Charlie ability is also healing. When his powers come back before the shot he was being healed. That’s why Babe dad said he will be walking in a few days. He said that to Jeff. Babe is going to have every emotion in like 5 minutes. Can’t wait til next week. So will Pete and Way hit it off ? Rumors I heard Kenta and Kim. I hope next week episode is a little longer

Btw they changed Pete’s power from the novel, in the book he had accuracy (like Diego from umbrella academy). I think they changed it to reading minds to really let us know Way feels remorse.

And agree why Pavel gotta look so good in such a simple outfit, the jeans, tank, jacket w/ the shades. Seriously not Tony really just proving Pete, Way and Babe right that Kenta means nothing to Tony. I felt really bad for Kenta, the disillusion his dedication was based on, that he really meant something to Tony. It literally crumbled in his face.

Btw if you want to read the book, I can get you the link of the Wattpad translation or someone else made another translation and I put the separate files into a pdf, and I can email it to you. :) To tell you the truth the side characters don’t get much time in the book. It’s mostly Charlie Babe and all the ways and places they were fucking. Lol.
