[Game] On Game Development (Patreon)

Hey everyone

2026 is already halfway gone. This summer felt like it was going to kill me, both personally and climate-wise, but I think I made it through in one piece.

I've mentioned the game project in a previous announcement, and I uploaded some related images last time as well. Honestly, my initial plan was a visual novel built in Ren'Py, but as I kept building out the world lore and piling up settings, it started to feel like a waste to leave it as just a visual novel. So even if it takes longer, I've decided to make it a side-scrolling game instead. I'll be building it in an engine called Godot.

There will be NSFW elements, but my first priority is making something that actually leaves an impression — in other words, a genuinely fun action game. That said, the comics and illustrations I normally post still come first, and the support page will keep running as usual. I'll just drop update posts like this one from time to time. And once I judge it's playable to some degree, I'm planning to put up a build for you all. When that build does come out, it'll be playable on every tier — whatever tier you're on, if you're supporting me, I want you to be able to get your hands on it. So look forward to it.

Whether I can produce anything presentable within this year is honestly questionable, but I'd appreciate it if you just kept it in mind as "he's making something back there" lol. Anyway, thank you always to everyone who supports and follows me. I'll keep working to be a creator worth supporting. Thank you.
