Tecna Charmix Sketch (Patreon)

Loooordddd I finally got my life together enough to find some time to work on this illustration haha!

I remember posting Layla and saying "Now I hope Tecna won't take another month"... Well here we are a couple of months later 😂

I always struggle with drawing Tecna, part of her personality is that she has trouble showing emotions, which makes it hard to find poses to fit her. Like Flora is very demure, very elegant, quite shy etc. But for Tecna, I don't feel like her complex personality can be captured as well in a drawing.

Of course, I still love her!! I just am not great at drawing her haha. Her short hair also makes it difficult to capture movement in the drawing, so I'm always in such an art block when it comes to drawing her :(

In the end, I decided to have her hold her helmet instead of wearing it. I was inspired by Toshiasan's artwork of Tecna for this! I remember really liking the idea because making her hat look good is honestly such a struggle lol.

Hope you all like her so far!
