His hand hovered just above her back, and Bloom stiffened. When his gloved fingers finally ghosted over the centre of her wings, touching a point between her shoulderblades with the faintest featherlike pressure, her entire body jolted as if struck by lightning.

The sensation was unlike anything she’d ever felt— the intensity of it was terrifying but with it came a hint of pleasure. She felt heat pool in her belly, a gasp escaping her lips before she could stop it, the sound soft but damning.

Her cheeks burned with humiliation as she clenched her fists, silently cursing herself for reacting so openly once again.

As I've mentioned before, I always loved the horror genre. Mostly in anime, manga, webtoons, and gaming format. For some reason I still can't bring myself to watch an actual horror film 😂 I guess because I have no idea where to even start? If you're a horror fan please give me a recommendation!

Anyways, as someone who has always loved this genre, I knew I wanted to put it into ETI just a little. I know not everyone is a fan of this and I don't want to put anyone off from reading, so I promise I will keep it to a minimum haha.

Although for me this is not even horror really, just a possible reality in a world full of magic. I love Winx Club, but I always wanted more. I always felt like they could have taken it further, and in some episodes they did! And those ended up being my favourite episodes ever. I'm thinking about the nightmare episode, the final battle with the Trix where Magix was destroyed etc.

It ellicits real feelings in a person. I adore stories that make me physically feel something; a chill over my spine, my mouth hanging open in utter surprise, goosebumps because of something unsettling.. It makes the world feel more real. And we all know we'd love to get a bit closer to this fantastic magical world!

I've been thinking about my future after ETI is finished (don't worry, that will still be a long while haha) and I've been playing with the idea of creating an entire Winx Reboot Webtoon absolutely NOT for children like the current one is. Not sure yet, but I've been cooking up some ideas already, haha! Let me know your thoughts on this!

Other than the slight horror aspect, I just go feral for the fact that Valtor is the one telling her. Showing his evil side, but also his human side. Even he would not go as far as to cut off a fairy's wings. Even he will not cross that line, and I believe this is a very important part of this episode. It shows that while he isn't a hero, even he has his own moral code making his personality more complicated and less one-dimensional.
