"You sit around the campfire, the ashes of your fallen companion still smouldering nearby. The night is quiet, save for the gentle rustling of leaves in the wind and the distant call of an owl. You can't help but feel a deep sense of loss and grief, as memories of your friend flood back to you. The melody of your sorrow lingers in the air, a haunting reminder of the love and camaraderie you shared."

Hi folks!

Today's track is called "Melody of Memory." It's a rustic orchestral track that evokes feelings of mourning and loss. This track was inspired by a suggestion from one of our Bard tier supporters, Ryan, who asked for a track for when the party is grieving the loss of a friend or companion. The track uses rustic orchestral drones combined with south American flutes and guitars to create a melancholic, forest vibe.

I've added the track to https://www.tabletoprpgmusic.com/ with searchable tags for building your own playlists!

Alternate Versions

Three alternate versions for Bard tier supporters:

Ambient: This version removes the melody instruments, making it more suitable for background ambiance.

Ethereal Voices and Piano: This version replaces the orchestral drones with ethereal vocal drones and the melody instruments with piano, creating a different emotional atmosphere that could be more useable in modern and sci fi games (though still good for fantasy hopefully)

Ethereal Voices Ambience: Same as above but without the piano.
