Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin1 large egg, beaten1 cup Italian bread crumbs1 medium onion, chopped fineGarlic Powder2 tsp Worstershire SauceParsleyShredded Paremseansalt and black pepperMarinara SauceRollsYour Favorite White Cheese (Mozzarella or Gouda)
DirectionsPre-heat your oven to 450 degrees. Put your ground sirloin in a large mixing bowl and create a well into the center of meat. Fill the well with the egg, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, Worcestershire, parsley, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix up meatball ingredients until well combined- but don't go overboard on the mixing. Roll your balls up to a choice size and space equally onto a nonstick baking sheet. Place meatballs in oven and roast about 14-15 minutes.
Bring your marinara sauce to a slow bubble in a saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer until the meatballs are ready. Mix the meatballs into the sauce and then pile on toasted buns with provolone cheese. Serve with fries and enjoy.
