Thank you Lexi, this is so important on top of all the other issues we face. I swear you're so appreciated. You voice, appearance, personality etc is so important as a educator that we can relate too. I dont know how to thank you enough for this post💜😭 since I've been public about me going to therapy and the story of my brother with close friends and family, I have had them and complete strangers ask me about my experience with therapy. We talk about mental health and the black community and I encourage them to try therapy as well and some have actually pursued it. I'm gonna share this video with them as well along with posting it all over my TL on FB, IG & Twitter. Thank you again for your work 💜💜💜
