No, I’m sorry if we didn’t make this clear enough, basically when Betty got exposed to gamma radiation and her perfume state, she went from a sexy Amazon to a she hulk, when Ashlyn got bitten by a radioactive pregnant dog, the gamma radiation formed it as such. Basically the condition of the exposure, creates the alter ego from a physical body perspective. So physically she looks like it but she still has super powers.
