Vague description but I’m taking a guess that he means the recent Tatiana Maslany series and the spotted dress she wears for a wedding? Then again as a 1980’s cartoon she hulk fan there’s only one “dress” for me and it’s that pink number that contrasts oh so nicely with her green skin. 😝
