Agent Zero

Ah yes, this is a redo of my very first Manic commission! It looks better updated, yes? :-)

She-Hulk Fan

Amazing, I've not seen this before, thank you for posting! :)

I remember the original when was this redo done?

Agent Zero

back in 2020, if I recall correctly.

Musical Euphoria

Top panels on the 2nd page remind of the classic Jekyll and Hyde movie, where the character feels like their choking from the change.

AC Marvel

Love it. You should do more re-dos

Remarkable !!! I remember your original comic of the "Golden Age"... It had become a classic instantly ! Betty refusing to become "such an unladylike person"... Maybe not that much ! This redux is fantastic and shows how your skills have improved - even if I keep a fondness for all your original works. Speaking of which, some of them could (and should !) enjoy the same treatment, you know ? ;) If I had to grant a special mention, it would be to the last panel : the pose, attitude, angry face and speech of the Grey She-Hulk are absolutely perfect. Well done, Manic ! And thank you for bringing back this classic !

Not that long ago, thank you for letting Manic post it :)

I love it when you redo these old ones. I remember the original quite well. I actually enjoyed the more stilted dialogue of the original, but your art has improved a jillion percent. Also I liked thegrey She-Hulk's dialogue better here. It was less brutish and more Joe (Josephine?) Fixit.

This let's me wonder how much you still have in store that u haven't posted yet! Maybe post a variety of pages you think you haven't shown us yet and we'll be able to tell! Think that will work out

I don't think this has been posted publicly before. The original was and still is even know one of my favorite works of yours and has been one of the biggest influences. WHile not as polished, there are certain panels that just capture the raw intensity of this prim and proper young lady being overwhelmed by the savage instincts dwelling within her so effectively. The abortive first Tf and then the way it overwhelms her so quickly the second time really has an impact on me. This new version, instead of being a panel by panel rehash, expands the scenario and gives more detail to both the initial "near miss" and the final transformation, which is even more explosive in its nature. It's great seeing this classic sequence, which cemented the whole "silver age Betty as Grey Hulk" scenario as a favorite of mine. Thanks for sharing!

I don't think I've seen this remake before, but I've forgotten what the original looks like... 😅

Flash Gorgon

When is this from? I vaguely remember the original Agent Zero mentioned.

Agent Zero

i got it done around 2020

Manic

I found this in a folder marked 2012, so I think it's a bit older than that!

Agent Zero

Oh really? Hmmm, i can't remember :P

I’m torn because I love your style of physique for your drawings now but seeing this makes me nostalgic and miss this type of bodyframe for your art. Great work though ❤️

Bryan B

this is kind of She Hulk to see-the full moon type or the anger/stress She hulk

Musical Euphoria

It's like no matter how much one tells themselves that they should lock themselves up to be safe from society, their primal subconscious, expressed through one's hulk, naturally wants to be free.
