What do you know, Cartman has royally fucked the other characters once again. Only this time, everyone is against Cartman and for good reason. He continues to show he can never take accountability....and that he may be more mentally unstable than expected.

And yes, yes, I know that this episode doesn't mock, mention, or satirize the No Child Left Behind US governmental policy...but I don't know, it just seemed like there were some parallels with that! I'm just saying!
