Glad you enjoyed this episode. It has somewhat mixed reviews among the fandom, but I always liked it for the misleads and twists. And, of course, for introducing Principal Snyder played by Armin Shimerman probably best known for his role as Quark in Star Trek: Deep Space 9, the alien bar/casino owner and the source for most of the comic relief scenes on that show.

Snyder!!!! Oh, these early episodes kill me. I always write them off as monster-of-the-week, so I've forgotten how much groundwork they are actually laying down for future seasons. Its fun to go back to them!

I always liked this one, I felt bad for Morgan, I thought Cordelia was brilliant, when he wasn’t being pervy I really liked Sid. Buffy’s got a finely tuned demon sense, straight away she felt it was demon related. I loved their dramatic scene at the end, so funny.

Glad you liked this one!! It's not especially highly regarded by the fan base, but I've always had a soft spot for it. Great stuff for Buffy, Giles, Willow, Cordy. I also didn't see the twist coming at all, but it all makes sense after the reveal. As excited as I am for you to get to the meat of the show where things get incredible, I'm really happy you're enjoying the S1 ride :) I enjoy it too! (Except Teacher's Pet....)
