CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED TWO-PARTER ALERT 🗣️🗣️ you’re absolutely right that the Fisher King is one of the hardest alien designs in Doctor Who AND this has one of the best openers to any episode ever (what is Peter Capaldi NOT good at, seriously) 🫶🏻🙂‍↕️ so glad you enjoyed this one, your reaction to the “die whoever comes after me but NOT with me” from Clara got me BAD 😭😭 Clara and Twelve are NEVER beating the “are they lovers? no. worse” allegations ☹️ cant wait to see what you think of the rest of this series 👀

Brilliant cold open for Before the Flood. Has the Twelfth Doctor tempted you to get your guitar down and play it?

While E5 & E6 are a 2-parter, the 2 parts are more loosely connected. So you can almost certainly watch these episodes separately if you prefer. E7-8 are a classic 2-parter that should be watched together. E9 is the only stand alone episode this season. E10-12 are all connected so you could watch them all at once. However, it's often recommended to give yourself some processing time between these last episodes. Certainly that's how Rachel Talalay (director for E11-12) recommends watching them. Specifically, she recommends watching them at least a day apart.
