Dave, the big guy (act2 character) (Patreon)

Most of first set of stories of act2 will take place at the Vault. Dave is bartender there and TuNa is now a waitress. So far Casey, Lana, Tuna and Dave will be the first characters planned for act2.

I don't love the exposed gut. Kinda implies a slobby demeanor while the clothes while ill fitting seems to pretty nice. I'd much rather have a neat and well fitted look, would fit well with a daddy appeal.

His belly is one of his key features, so I've chosen to highlight it with his clothing not fitting over his stomach, and his personalty is such that he dosen't necessarily char too much about that.

Yeah, it really depends on his character, I want to see what lines he got so I can pin down his character before seeing if the clothes fit him. But I am guessing you have taken that into consideration when making his look.

this is a good question and I asked it to myself a couple of times. I think for random (1-2 scenes) side characters - yes (we plan few as Vault patrons). But not for characters with long in-game story - this is because I'm having issues writing stories for characters I don't feel for. Let me give you an examples below

Random characters - we plan to have a couple of events and scenes in Vault with characters, that will not be met outside of those events. I think we will make a poll for that and it's fine.

Characters with long in-game story - we plan to have old and new characters, but if we make a couple of characters for you to decide from and patrons will choose the one I don't feel emotional connection with - this might lead to future issues with how character presented in the game and his stories

It could be fun to do something like that, we have talked about it a little, but right now we are kinda swamped with redesigning the existing characters and working on the new ones we have planed, so we have not found a way to do this that we are comfortable with.
