Tips for Painting a Western Landscape... a speed paint (Alla Prima Style)

Hey all, there is a long tradition of amazing Western landscape painting... and I wanted to use that genre to talk about some tips and concepts for painting any landscape. Here I used my speed painting of this scene to talk about leading lines, value, tone, color temperature, light, and brushwork. This painting was done is Artrage 6 on my PC.
