Hello!

As we near the end of TYBW, there are still a few secrets and surprises left to uncover - including a couple of teases from Kubo and the anime team that haven't yet come to fruition. Supposedly a new (?) character who wasn't in the manga will appear in episode 50, but who could it be? Let's take a look at this and some of the other teases the anime team has dropped...

I thought it was recently clarified that this was a mistranslation and it’s not going to be a new character, but rather a character doing something we haven’t seen them to do before?

I mention that in the video - it's two separate teases, at least as far as I can tell. The initial tease from Kubo was mistranslated, but then later Masashi Kudo mentioned new characters and Kubo mentioned on Klub doing character design work for someone who hadn't appeared.
