Deep within the confines of the bathroom rug you stand there lost in a sea of carpet. Scarlett looms high above you, oblivious to your existence.

This was shot on a new lens and i think it came out great! I shot it in slow motion to emphasize the size difference and i think we nailed it. Gonna practice with this type of shot with some of the other models on the schedule coming up so stay tuned.

this looked incredible! slow mo was definitely the way to go, i love how you could see dust get kicked up when she stepped, and the shakes provided an excellent touch. there’s a lot of potential here with this new lens, not just with carpet, maybe grass too.

In terms of technique, this has to be the best of your “shrunk in a rug” series. The slow motion action, rumbling, and echo of Scarlett moving her gigantic slingback high heels, while you are down below needing to fend off the nightmarish fate of her booming footsteps. Magnificent. Even the parts where you don’t see Scarlett but still hear her sexy high heels clamping as she walks in all-echo; perhaps the closest to those echo footstep sounds to HISTK you’ve ever made, WUF guy. A vow to you and Scarlett! 😌 Also (especially the beginning shots), the contrast between the rug’s huge and dirty fibers the size of jungle bushes to you and Scarlett’s shoes stepping on everything in her path. It’s as if you can tell there’s distinct forced perspective working to complement both actions. Again; best technique used in these rugs clips and hopefully, these same techniques can be used for some more unaware clips with Scarlett (or others) with some dialogue.

I feel like this would benefit from alternating between regular and slow motion. But like the others said it was super good. Being able to be close enough to see the rug isn’t pristinely clean. The little dust particles flying up with her steps. And the sounds of her heels on the hardwood gave us all hard wood 😂. One sense of scale not mentioned is how sunny it is and yet she cast a dark shadow due to her monstrous size. Excited for more.
