Whoever did the edit didn't cut out you talking about always fidgeting etc. You do you, if you can't get comfortable then of course you won't be able to sit still, everyone is like that. In the manga the twins eventually go their separate ways after high school, pursuing different hobbies and careers. It's been forever since I read the manga so I don't remember exactly what they did after high school. Kasanoda is the heir of a yakuza family yes, but he's not really a delinquent.
