Look I'm not saying this is anime OTY or anything, but DAMN it I love this show for how simplistic and adorable it is. Not everything needs complex world building and perfectly timed plot payoffs. Sometimes it's just nice to watch characters enjoy their lives and the time they have with the people in them

About the "nice to meet you" thing. I have no clue how to write it. But usually they say "Yoroshiku onegaishimasu" which is very polite and when people just meet they are usually very polite. But just saying "yoroshiku" that takes away all the kego, polite language and I think you could translate it to something like "yeah sure" - you don't shorten introductions with people you just met.
