100% gonna be some King Riku ahh shit, fr fr. King Harald has been gassed up as some giga nice bro dude & Loki has been shat on so much, and for 2 episodes already bro's clearly been ready to die rather than align w/ WG too... kinda reminds me of the "who tf is Raizo?" shit from Zou arc too... I'm also gonna trust Luffy haki instincts too, that Loki ain't a baddie, considering Luffy got along fine enough w/ the dude (other than him clowning on Shanks as a joke (alleged), but bro's been stuck there for 6 years or w/e thx to redhair bozo so I'll give him some leeway personally to gripe about that shit)... I haven't read any of the manga... but im calling it right now... King Herald wanted to join the World Government... and that's why Loki killed him... I could be completely wrong of course but that's what im leaning toward especially after Herald steered them away from being warriors and them constantly bringing up that he wanted to connect Elbaph to the rest of the world...
