well yea usually in the source material these dramas are adapted from the main characters go wild having sex often, but in the dramas it takes more then half the show to even kiss.

The drug was most likely an aphrodisiac, in cdramas they usually have symptoms of over heating. Sweating a lot and stuff like that, thats why he wants water a lot too because he’s sweating too much lol

For context a youtuber I watch has just moved to China for the next year and she did a short livestream with a professional gamer at an internet cafe.
