Art style change is to be closer to the light novels since they originally got complaints from the LN readers, and ironically they now get complaints about the art style but from anime-only, basically the studio can't win lol.

For me this might be too little too late. It's not bad, but the animation feels worse than S1, the are style change is whatever but S1 had more character, and I don't remember S1 at all to care about the story. Oof

It's not all noble women, only lower rank ones. Note how Angelica, Claire, Deirdre etc etc top-tier mfs weren't whoring around at school, because it would be social suicide for them, unlike trash-tier nobles that make up the majority of nobles.
