Yeah, it is a shame that Prime doesn't provide a translation for those little blurbs, as the information is rather important. For example, it explains that the Fuchikoma are a collective. They operate individually, are capable of learning, and as you saw, engaging in debate. The tanks then share their knowledge among themselves at set intervals. Then, later on, the blurbs explain that an individual in the process of producing a cyborg body for themselves can decide to go with a mass-produced one, or commission an artist to be more unique. Kusanagi's girlfriend there mentions that she'd rather be unique above all else, but The Major actually has a mass-produced body. A plain shell that hides top-of-the-line parts. The trade-off with being unique, is that without a standardized appearance, there's a chance that all the expressions and movement can wear out parts over time. It's interesting! Great reaction, and I agree about the OP. It's only episode three, but now I find it to be one of my favs for 2026.

I would be all in for reading the extra notes. Maybe not every note because i guess there are probably quite a lot but when they are talking about something interesting or if we dont really understand the meaning behind it.
