Turning point next oh boy :D Nice episode

MRL3_Reacts

Best Turning Point.......I envy anime only.

Skebaba

Actually Ruijerd could maybe beat her. He literally did the finishing blow on Laplace IIRC (albeit dude was bumrushed by Perugius + the 12 familiars + friends, but all's fair in boogaloo IMO). So happy for my dude for getting payback on the asshole who caused him to merc his own son 💪 Disintegration shouldn't do shit to her, since Immortal Demons can reconstitute, like we saw w/ Badigadi (and Kishirika LITERALLY respawned after however long she was dead since the last Human-Demon War, hence why she's a loli now)

Zachary Kruger

Let’s go! What an epic episode! Rikarisu is so fun to listen to. Love to see Atofe in all her fighting glory! She’s such a badass. Her design and sword are so cool! Her VA absolutely killed her performance! She reminds me of some other battle-hungry woman from another anime, but I can’t place who right now. Turning Point 4 next... 😬

Ragon

Shion from Slime maybe?

Zachary Kruger

Perhaps. I’ll have to go through some anime scenes to find out.

Every single demon lord we've met (Kishirika, Badigadi) have more than a few screws loose, but Atofe is a few short of the nuthouse. But that's okay - just because she lacks all common sense doesn't mean this community doesn't love her. And for those a few weeks ago that freaked out about "Phase Four" confusing it with TP4... yeah - ya'll had no idea.

jdoggivjc

TP3 is specifically defined as Rudeus directly defying the advice of Hitogami for the first time, where he decided to go to Rapan to help look for his mother - because if he didn't, Norn was going to go and get herself killed along the way. Paul's death is the end result of TP3, but it wasn't TP3 itself.

Balek

Isn’t racism like an irrational hatred of someone for their race? I feel like Perugius has a legitimate reason to hate demons. Like, you hate something cause you had a traumatic experience with it previously. Doesn’t mean it’s right or justified, but he’s got a reason to hate them for sure.

Balek

Also why they are called turning points will make sense later once it’s explained. Once all the events and why they matter are lined up it will make sense.

Yoru

This is gonna be a wild ride lol. Looking forward to seeing a lot of future stuff animated. 53:06 context????

Moody

Idk if anyone pointed this out but it looks like Cliff is holding his eye when Kishirika is walking away from him at the end of the episode I didn’t even notice until the rewatch

Jared Williams

Just to kinda combat your whole ally/friend point. Those guards weren’t nobody. They all work for Bodi’s sister. So basically it was Bodi’s sister vs fiancee if Bodi was your factor

I don't know if there are others here who have read the light novel, but I remembered the fight between Rudeus and Moore as being much more dynamic than how it was portrayed in the anime. In my memory, Rudeus didn't have a single moment to think or cast a spell; even though he had the advantage in mana reserves and the ability to cast spells wordlessly, Moore—having lived for centuries—had a counter for every one of Rudeus's spells, even *Disturb Magic*. That’s what made him such an incredibly tough opponent—especially since Rudeus's eye didn't really help him, as he was too busy looking for the perfect solution while his opponent acted on instinct. Either way, Rudeus only managed to hold him off by using magic and tricks his opponent didn't know—specifically electricity (invented by Rudeus) and the hydra scale. I recommend reading that fight yourself; I'm curious if you get the same impression.

shweampy

she might be crazy but would

FreshestAnime

Pretty sure I kept babbling and repeating myself but didnt give one of my editors enough space to trim it lol

FearTheDee

Don't feel bad forgetting some smaller details like the names here and there because you always remember the important stuff which is so great. I recently started watching another reactor on patreon because of their hype reactions for stuff, who are only watching a couple shows currently, and him and his wife forget things and mix them up all the time. Had to bail after that lol it was too consistent to be worth still following them. Keep up the great reactions, I can tell how much you genuinely enjoy a lot of these anime. I also got so hype when Perugius showed up! It's fun to get hype.

Badi is her fiancé. That was covered in season 2. So she would know when Badi destroyed part of her castle.

Infinity House Productions

At the end Cliff was holding his eye as Kishirika walked away. You know what that means!

Infinity House Productions

This one is THE turning point. And every turning point has involved the creepy man god so far.
