Georgine was married into Ahrensbach as a third wife, but in the episode they said she's the first wife now - that's why she was able to attend the Archduke conference where she confronted Sylvester about her uncle dying and got the invite to come visit Ehrenfest. She could only do all of that because she was able to obtain the position of first wife. It also makes her a problem because as first wife, and being from a higher ranking duchy, she has the ability and influence to come cause issues for Sylvester now.
