If you have a chance, you should definitely try scallion pancakes. It's available in Chinese restaurants that serve Shanghainese cuisine. Not sure about Florida, they are also available frozen from Asian markets in cities like LA, Seattle in the US and Vancouver and Toronto in Canada. They are made by rolling the dough out, sprinkling chopped scallion, fold in half and repeat many time to form a flaky pastry that is then pan fried. Very yummy.

Whenever the main leads ramp up their lovey-dovey behaviour in front of an audience, it is filmed to emphasise the fact that they are putting on a show - a soft golden spotlight appears on them or we have a blurry romantic lense with pastel colours. i love how you can see the real instances of ji bozai and ming yi falling for each other among their bluffing and acting in love infront of outsiders. they really do play off of each other well just from analyzing the situation. and i love how they each know the other is bluffing too but still take care of each other.
