Sam was writing to Robby, but he never responded (not his fault, but still). I think it's fair to assume a break-up at some point of lack of contact--she knew he was PO'd at Daniel, he wasn't responding to her emails, and he didn't contact her about when he was being released. So... yeah, I think Sam was justified in considering herself a free agent at that point. Robby had done nothing to suggest to her that he still considered them a couple. And yes, she was always in love with Miguel. That was the part that was probably a little sketchy. But, you know... kids. She was trying to get over things, same as Miguel was with Tory and... Really, that's not the great part of this ep, is it? The speech. The back-and-forth cuts at the beginning. Johnny and Carmen! Yay!

Great reaction video when a show is so well written it is so enjoyable watching you get into the story. No spoilers but I love the next episode. Also please consider 2018 series Lost In Space 2 seasons the 3rd is coming out later this year and HBO series Chernobly.
