Just listening to the leftover pizza discussion and I feel I need to recommend you fry the pizza the next day instead of eating straight from the fridge. Small bit of oil, medium low heat and put a big plate over the pan so you cook the top too. 5 mins and be careful not to burn the base. Don't knock it till you try it!
