I knew! I knew as soon as they started shitting on crinkle cuts Wiger would jump to its defense because of Del Taco. Del Taco's fries are amazing. Maybe my favorite fast food fry. Better than five guys or McDonalds. It's a strange discussion, are they talking about fries by themselves, fries with an assortment of dips? Red Robins well done double fried fries with honey mustard, ranch and bleu cheese are killer. My absolute favorite fries are the cheese fries from Islands. They are absolutely delicious. I gained ten pounds in my early 20s just from the cheese fries. I worked as a host at the Calabasas Islands and would end every shift with a plate of Cheese Fries. It was absolutely disgusting and amazing in hindsight, and not something I would do today, but god it was so tantalizing, and cheap, cause the cooks would do it for free.

If you want a good crinkle cut fry: CULVERS. Culvers NAILS those fries, perfect execution. (while you're at it road trip to the midwest and hit all the midwest chains! Pancheros absolutely obliterates Chipotle.)
