As someone who grew up in Huntsville, it's very surreal to me that you're doing a show there. I'd go for Greenbrier or New Market BBQ - some place that you can get Alabama white sauce, which is native to the area. Definitely get a banana pudding dessert and some Milos tea. If you must do a chain, Gibson's has multiple locations. There's also a Cookout but it doesn't have anything to do with Alabama, so that'd be a bit of a bummer. Po Boy Factory is your move for a non-pod meal - it's very good. Get the Scruffy's Special.
