Our small business restaurant owners wouldn't feel so much 'pressure' to re-open if our gov't had established the same type of safety nets that other countries have. Like Paycheck protection, or small business loans that actually go to SMALL business instead of hedgefunds and lobbyist groups. Also, scientist know how and why COVID-19 spreads. As long as free chlorine level is measured above 5ppm, the pee will be neutralized immediately. In a standard Olympic 400,000 gallon pool, you would need to add 500 gallons to neutralize that much chlorine to have any lasting effects (to hygenic standards, not uric acid). Trust someone who had gotten chlorine tablets straight in their eyes, its definitely the chlorine that burns your eyes
