Comments

Adam Hirsch

Hey it’s Adam the music therapist! The activity specialist at my work has a huge book of “would you rather” questions that she often uses for her group sessions. I was skimming through it and stumbled upon an interesting food-related question: would you rather be roommates with Captain Crunch or Cookie Monster? Much love, Adam

If you could make a three course meal into a smoothie that would be legitimately tasty, what would they be?

Brian Card

What is the first meal or food you remembering having, ever? Cheers from Southgate Michigan!❤🐼❤

Conor Mulligan

Recently in Cape Cod someone was swallowed whole by a whale. If you were consumed by a food and had to eat your way out, what food would you pick?

Brolin Devine

I recently saw the Rick & Morty promo where they turned a Wendy’s into Morty’s to promote the new season. If you could convert any fast food chain into any of your favourite shows, what would you rebrand it as? Thanks! Brolin Devine

Nick Spivey

If you could mix two sauces together to creat your own successful sauce, like Kranch, what would you mix?! Shout out to my dad that listens!!

Rosser

Have you ever been recognized by an employee working at a restaurant while you were there to visit for the podcast?

Craig K

Did Wiger get exhausted unlocking all those Mario Kart trophies for Yusong? And did he know at the time that Yusong was gonna do a stolen valor and claim he got all those trophies himself?

Brian Hines

We all know everyone on the 'cast is a big gamer - you included Emmers! If you could eat any meal that can be made/prepared/acquired in any RPG, what would it be? I've always thought the meals from Final Fantasy XV looked delicious.

Average Keith

If you could crossbreed three fruit into one new superfruit, what would you choose? Thanks for everything, Aidan from Amsterdam

Jake Baker

The boys have talked a lot about Wendy's, but I feel like they never talk about old Wendy's. When I was a kid, it was my favorite restaurant, the greasy burgers and fries. They've made a lot of changes, and I still like it, but it has never been the same. I would really like to hear their thoughts on the changes Wendy's has gone through throughout the years.

Not_a_gov_contractor

What is your favorite / go to tummy trouble solution? I used to be a Pepto and Tumms (very berry flavored) guy but I recently turned to kombucha and it works so much better. It's especially useful if I go eat a stupid amount of chips or carbs and feels like I ate a brick. That's seems right up your guys alley. My 3 legged tuxedo cat, Chip, says hi.

Erik Kang

What is the best fast food deal you have encountered? Back in the mid 90s there was a Subway I would go to in NYC that had 2 foot longs for $8. 12 years before the $5 foot long promotion. Also in the early 90s at a McDonalds in Florida I went to, there use to be 29 Cent Hamburger Tuesdays and 39 Cent Cheeseburger Wednesdays.

Mosa

My favorite kind of cookie is Chocolate Chip cookies without the chocolate chips. Is there any foodstuffs that you like without their main ingredient?

Sam Welbel

Boys, seriously, what do we do about Israel

Dan

If you were to consider the entire menu of all American fast food chains, which one do you think is most dependent upon one specific item? That is to say, if it were to be removed the fortunes of the chain would collapse like a poorly constructed Jenga tower. Yusong if you don’t pick this question I’m mailing you a box of live crickets. Thanks!

Bill Zilch

In the spirit of the Tomorrow War, if you could send any food back in time 30 years, what would you send?

Sael Perez

What are the best and worst dip combos you have tried? I personally love dipping flaming hot Cheetos in cream cheese but hated dipping Oreos in nacho cheese. Love you guys!

Matthew Ryan

Did Wiger know that McDonald's fries contain "beef flavoring" and are not considered vegetarian and just say FUCK IT for the last episode?

Chris from Jacksonville

What do you think is the best zero-sugar soda? Any opinions on the zero sugar variant of Taco Bell's Baja Blast?

Jon Dallis

When you go on an extended road trip (5 or more hours) do you pack road snacks, stop at gas stations for snacks, or just stop along the way to eat a meal? Also what are your road trip snack favorites?

Kevin Ford

Which soda do you wish had a Zero calorie varietal? Any type of Birch Beer would be my choice, with Mtn Dew Code Red as a close second.

Aaron Looper

If the Doughboys family had to make the hard shift and stop reviewing chain restaurants, what subject would you choose for continuing the podcast?

Dan

Using your own money, what is the highest price you’d be willing to pay for a single menu item from a fast food chain?

The Streamer’s Guide to the Galaxy

Which chain restaurant founder would y’all most like to play Mario Kart with and what characters do you think they’d pick? Thanks for everything! -Devon from The Streamer’s Guide to the Galaxy

John C. Sanders

What's the best music + food pairing? Or conversely, what incidental music took you out of the eating experience?

Aaron C. Brown

Mike Mitchell has finally snapped and has developed a taste for human flesh. He's eating all of his friends and family. What food do you transform into to keep Mr. Slice from devouring you? You will live as this food until the Spoonman has been destroyed. Wiger, you can't volunteer to be eaten, ya sicko.

Jon Dallis

Is there a right and wrong way to eat watermelon or cantaloupe? I like mine slightly warm with salt.

Derek Wiedenheft

Hi Doughboys, Emma, yusong, DK and wallie and Irma. When you were kids and even now did/do you visit Drive thru's? And I don't mean fast-food I mean a garage style building you drive in and get snack and drinks. My fiance and I live by 2 within a 1 minute drive and we probably go to much. Thanks you for everything you do. Derek Wiedenheft (wee-den-heft) from Dayton Ohio.

Nick Shulda

Got any so-bad-they’re-good guilty pleasure foods? In the vein of hockey rink pizza, I love bowling alley cheese fries in all their congealed goodness.

Willie Simpson

As Shake Shack goes nationwide, I feel the specialness of it is degrading...do you think the same thing happened to McDonalds in the 60s? Was it once at the status of In and Out for instance in terms of quality? Or do you think those McDonalds burgers always tasted the same? Related, if you could take a time machine back to the opening of all your favorite chains original locations, which would you go to? Love you guys!

Oscar Quintanilla

What is the worst food you’ve forced yourself to eat due to not wanting to hurt someone’s feelings?

Justin Vogt

What’s a food you hated until you had it prepared properly? I always hated the boiled Brussels sprouts my parents made, but I love them charred. Love the show!

Trevor Taylor

Hello Doughboys, Doughgirl, and Ghost of the Podcast Yusong, Have you ever changed up your order at a fast food restaurant on a whim and truly regretted it? For example, back in 2007, the Taco Bell near my high school became a combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. I went there with friends after school one day and decided to order a pizza and breadsticks. It took so long to get them that my friends had received and finished their Taco Bell by the time I got my food. I'd like to say my skepticism towards ghost kitchens began here. Thanks for everything! Trevor in Cleveland

Elise Blankenship

Have you ever tried to recreate a fast food dish at home? Was this in any way successful (whether that means similar to the original or just tasty is up to you)

Robert Ross Adler

Doughfam If McDonalds is the Mario of Fast Food, how do other chains match up as kart racers. I'd assume Luigi would be BK and Wario Carls Jr? Curious to hear your take. Keep up the good work, Ross from Franklin MA

Robbie Hartnett

What's the most overpriced item in fast food? Some of these new chicken sandwiches are $6 and it feels wrong.

ClownPenis.fart

Which of the Doughboy's crew would you trust to shop for you for the next quarantine?

Matthew

If there's a food that you consistently crave but is very bad for you, and you could make it disappear, what would it be? Mine would be Doritos.

Emilio

Maybe this question could be saved as a full episode, but what fast food places have the best dipping sauces for nuggets? As far as conventional sauces, who has your favorite BBQ, ranch, sweet and sour, hot mustard, honey mustard, and Buffalo? They do not have to be all from the same restaurant.

Andy Buck

If the Cheesecake Factory added an item to their menu titled “The Doughboys Combo Plate,” what would be on it and how much would it cost?

Jack Foley

Hey fellas! With the recent BTS x McDonalds collab, we saw the new spin of celebrity meals with the addition of a a special side sauce added with it. Are there any musicians, artists, or entertainment properties you’d like to get the same treatment, and what would their special side be? For example, if Dave Mathews Band did a collab with Auntie Anne’s, they could have a special ‘Chicago River’ fudge dipping sauce. Cheers, - Jackson

J M D

You should have the guy who invented the mcgriddle on - Tom Ryan. He went on to found smashburger. (now owned by Jollibee) I heard him on a much worse podcast than yours - think he would be a good guest. uhm, a question - what are the diets you've tried over the years and which seemed most and least successful?

Travis Caviezel

What type of food do you think more fast food places should have. Personally I’d like to see more tacos at places. A spicy chicken taco from Wendy’s would be amazing. Thanks for all the listens.

Florian

I often make the following sandwich: white bread, omelet, cheese, mayo and sambal (Indonesian chili paste). And it somehow tastes exactly like a Cheeseburger from Mc Donalds. What other pairings of ingredients do you know of that reproduce a chain restaurant’s meal to a tee? Happy eating, Florian in Rotterdam

Dan Padley

Do you have any unorthodox chip/dip combos? Doritos and cottage cheese is a favorite of mine

Dan

Would you be willing to sacrifice your favorite restaurant in order to bring the ArcLight back from the dead?

Jay Enright

Hey Doughboys! I was just reading an article about how eating bugs may become more prevalent in humanity's future to combat world hunger. So naturally it got me wondering... What's your Mt Bugmore? (Fictional or real) Mine is: Mosquito Hawks (they eat mosquitos) Edgar the Cockroach from Men in Black The Megarachnid from Warhammer 40k Francis from a Bug's Life (We all know Hopper is Wigers fav) Sincerely, Burger Brigade loyalist Jay Enright

Andy Pederson

If you had children, would you let them eat fast food? Or would you have any special rules or rituals involving food?

Earthbound books

Have you ever been seriously injured and or broken a bone as a child, and if so what was a memorable comfort food during that time?

J.D.

If Hollywood gave you a Blank Check (TM) to write/direct/star in anything, what would you choose? It could be an existing property or something brand new.

Paul Carlson-Thompson

Hey y’all! I have the darndest time deciding what to eat for dinner! Whether it’s going out or figuring out what to cook at home it always takes me forever. How do you guys choose?

Chris

Are there any foods you refuse to pay for because you can copy the recipe or you make it better? I’m looking at mr. slice to spoon feed me some answers.

tiny baby kitty man

Not many chains have an extended universe - McDonaldland, BK Kids, etc. What other chains would you like to see have their own cast of promotional characters?

Carlee Pecen

As an avid potter, I am always interested in the plates and bowls at restaurants. What's your favorite type of dinnerware and has a plate or bowl ever affected a meal in a positive or negative way?

Brian Fastner

What is Cowan's favorite chain restaurant?

Gilad D. (try67)

Hi boys! One of the most beloved "street food" dishes in my native country is called "Jerusalem mix", which is basically sauteed onion with various spices (cumin and paprika, mostly) and chicken offal (liver, spleen, hearts, etc.). Do you think such a dish would be popular in the US? There seems to be an aversion in the states of internal organs, for some reason. What's your take on them? Do you enjoy them at all, or do they seem disgusting to you? Thanks!

Brandon Hall

I'm a '90s kid' and I often think about how the food I grew up on is so much more processed and disgusting than what Gen Z eats. But I'm still nostalgic for all that weird stuff I ate. What's the most processed food from your childhood you still have fond memories of? The dessert lunchables pizza is up there for me.

Shaun Cote

What are your thoughts on non standard hot dog alternatives? I've seen both roasted carrots and, strangely, an octopus tentacle in place of a typical beef hot dog. What else could we be putting in a toasty hot dog bun?

Grip Grand

If you could have any chain restaurant IN YOUR HOME, but it had to be a KIOSK that only serves three current menu items, as is, no substitutions…which chain would you choose?

Justin Mitchell

If you could flip the nutritional values of two foods or drinks what you pick? Example Kale and Doritos for healthy snacking.

Dan

The word pizza is Italian for pie. With this in mind, will Mr. Slice be turning his attention to the creation of pizza flavored cupcakes?

Bradley Linnemeyer

As long as the COVID numbers stay good, it looks like my Fiancé and I will finally be able to have a large wedding celebration this fall. This got me thinking what Fast Food Mascot is throwing the best wedding that you cannot miss?

Keith Tonsager

Are there any restaurants that you go to for one thing, and you wouldn't mind having the other things on their menu, but when it is the moment to order, you always go with the one thing? For me, I will always get wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, and while something like nachos sound good, I'll always get wings if I am there.

Curtis Kimberlin

If you were a contestant on Survivor, how well do you think you’d do AND, what food would you crave the most?

Jason Clarke

Emma and Yusong, what chains do you want Doughboys to cover that haven't been reviewed yet?

JG.Chatt

Almost a year and half into the pandemic, I have a question that should have been asked in March 2020. Wearing your mask in a grocery store, how have you been opening the small flimsy produce bags when shopping for fruits and veggies? Before COVID I would always lick the tip of my finger, as you would to turn a page, making it easy to open the bag. Realizing now just how gross that is and the need to a mask in public I struggle getting these bags open on every trip to the super market. Thanks for the tips guys and Emma! P.s shoutout to The Drop King for picking my question. - Jared, Tennessee

Austin Brungardt

I was in a drive thru recently (big shock for a Doughboys fan), and the person in front of me totally flipped out and threw their drink back at the employee and then drove away. I realized that this wasn’t the first time I’d seen a crazy incident at a drive thru, and I’m wondering as avid fast food patrons, if you have any stories of seeing anything crazy like that when getting food.

Kori Caswell

I took my 98 year old grandpa to McDonald’s. When I asked him what he wanted, he said “get me their thinnest sandwich”. What do you think is fast food’s thinnest sandwich? Melvin will appreciate your recommendations.

Corinne Schwarz

There was recently a wild "history of Planet Hollywood" article published in Esquire. It seems like these kinds of restaurants have faded a bit, but it got me curious: what's the "fandom/hobby" fast food franchise you'd want to see in the world?

Kevin Daniels

They say you are what you eat! If you were majority McDonald's going into quarantine, what would you say you are coming out of quarantine? We all know Mitchy loves his tooner fish (and Wiger loves eating pussy) Thanks and I love you, Kevin

Thomas Scheuerman

Is there a particular ethnic dish or international cuisine that you first experienced at a fast food chain? We didn’t have a Chinese restaurant in the town where I grew up, so the first time I got to try “Chinese food” was the late 80s when Jack-In-the-Box introduced egg rolls to their new Finger Foods menu. In retrospect it was probably mediocre crap, but at the time it was a revelation, especially to a 12 year-old culinary rube like me. Any fast food first forays into foreign foods for any of you?

JN

Coca Cola and plain black iced tea... my life would be great

Fashionably Unhappy

Hello DoughFamily! If you could see an origin story, fictionalized or not, of any restaurant OR chains mascot, what would it be? I love you all, this is my fav podcast. #SliceNation

Michael Morris

Which chain restaurant would you want to run? Assume you have the same income and hours that you have now, 1 location only, minimal corporate control, menu flexibility and you can quit the podcast.

Lance Huckabee

What’s the worst violation of restaurant etiquette you’ve ever witnessed?

Sean Hallerud

Have you ever taken fast food from one restaurant and eaten it in the dining area of a competing fast food establishment? My mom had an obsession with Taco Bell in the early nineties and would eat there almost daily. I was 8 and eventually complained that I was tired of eating at Taco Bell, so my mom used to grab food for me at the drive-thru of a McDonald's and then take me down the road to the Taco Bell where she would have me eat inside with her. This was all well and good when I was very young, but at 8 I was capable of feeling shame, and I realized by the looks from the people behind the counter that carrying a competitors food -- complete with all of the bags, boxes, cups, and wrappers -- into their dining area and eating it probably isn't standard practice. Sean in NYC

Adrian Santos

The other day I found myself almost taking my coffee into the bathroom with me. It got me thinking: can there be a food or beverage that can be genuinely enjoyed while sitting on the toilet?

Thom van Tijn

Taken from another podcast: You meet a new couple Jan and Troy. You've hung out with them a few times and they are a lot of fun. They invite you over to their house for brisket one night. When you get there they take you to the master bathroom and show you a tub full of brisket. The wife Jan is super proud of it, and her husband Troy is very proud of her. Do you say anything when they show it to you and do you eat the brisket? Relevant details: They do use the toilet in that room, but it's 3 feet from the tub. Troy cleans the bathtub after each use with scrubbing bubbles and then thoroughly rinse it out before adding the brisket. The brisket looks and smells delicious.

Cory L

What food items could benefit from a cultural crossover? (e.g. Mexican pizza)

Adam Wenger

Vince McMahon has announced that the next Tag Team Championship match will feature fast food mascots, and the Doughboys have to pick the teams! Who are you guys drafting for your mascot dynamic duo, and who is walking away victorious?

AppropriateTouching

When I make a baked ziti or a lasagna sometimes ill crush cheez its or ritz crackers, roll them in butter, and put them on top till they bake in golden brown. Have you guys ever tried any "unconventional" toppings for traditional dishes? Thanks, love the show!

JN

When will we see "Mr. Slice's Bar Pies" on Doordash as a ghost kitchen?

Brandon

Let’s say the inevitable happens to your careers and your only option for paying rent is to work in a chain restaurant, which one do you choose? Keep in mind that you have to deal with the customers, the store managers, the corporate overlords, the uniforms, etc. The good news is you get whatever meal discounts they provide to employees.

Jake

Hey guys this is jbergs22 from the doughscord. My buddy RalphBoombo and our friends used to combine Sun Drop and Dr Pepper to make Dr Dropper. It may not sound like a combination that works, but it does. What unexpected combinations of food stuffs have you ever done?

Bush league69

When are gourley and rust showing up for an episode?

Preston Fanta

You work for Taco Bell R&D and are tasked with creating a 4th of July themed food.

JoAnn Cohen Vaida

I recently had Fruity Pebbles for the first time in possibly decades and it whisked me back to sleepovers at my best friend's house during middle school years. It was such a massive rush of nostalgia. What foods did you usually eat at sleepovers, other than the usual suspects like pizza and soda?

erin murphy

If you had to hold a mouthful of candy for 15 minutes what would you choose? Alternate: any kind of food. Love y'all. I'm a lil tipsy mc toodles rn.

L4ndscraper

How about a watch party for the Tomorrow War?

Lauren

My friend planned a brunch for 10 people at a restaurant this weekend and got stood up! She was 15 minutes early but the rest of them were either no-shows with no email or text after they had already confirmed they’d be coming earlier that week, one girl got the day mixed up and went a day early, and two others ended up being over 45 minutes late with no text or email. She ended up waiting 30 minutes before leaving, emailing them to say it was off, and just going about her day. (If it helps, they were all loose acquaintances from a class they took pre-COVID, not super close friends.) Since you are frequent diners, my question is: If you were waiting for a friend or friends at a restaurant where you had planned to meet and they didn’t show up, how long would you wait before bailing? What’s the proper etiquette here? Thanks!

Vinnie Spano

With the NBA Conference Finals happening and most arenas opening to full capacity, it begs the question - What is your favorite food(s) to get at live sporting events, and who has better food? Staples Center or TD Garden?

Danh Nguyen

Has Nick always been a spiller even as a child? Can he remember what the first really bad non-bodily spill he did was? And was it in front of someone/how many?

Mauricio Diocis

Who would you want as a dream guest from the smash bros. roster

Mickael Shaheen

If you had to bring your favorite NBA team a pregame meal, from which chain restaurant would you feed them?

Chel

When will Mitch accept defeat and pay Wiger for not making a top 100 music single?

Andres Ortiz

What is your go to fountain drink at a gas station?

Eduver Romero

Will you guys start records in person once Mitch is back in LA? (ps Mitch I’m gonna watch tomorrow war in a theater with popcorn and coke in your honor even tho I’m like Wiger and don’t get popcorn at the movies)

Pierce Bauer

I was shocked to learn recently from a cousin of mine who is in the navy that aboard his boat that he’s stationed on for months at a time there is a Starbucks for the crew to use. Apparently they must also pay for it themselves and it is always very crowded. In honor of The Tomorrow War (available to stream on Amazon Prime July 2nd) If you were serving aboard a military sea vessel, which chain would you want on board for you and your fellow soldiers to get your grub on?

Kathryn Evans

Hello all! It was my dogs birthday recently and I treated him to a homemade omelet, mashed sweet potato, and a little cup of whipped cream. What do you do for Wolly and Irma, Mitch? Same question to Emma and Nick (and potential guests) too, if it applies: what human food treats do your pets get on special occasions?

Joseph Derian

If you had to eat a type of animal food (dog, cat, etc), which one would it be?

Mitch Kapa

It is the dystopian future: later this year. The US government has tackled the labor crisis head on. Instead of raising the minimum wage they have brought back the press gang. From now on anytime you get food from a restaurant (dine in, drive thru, delivery, any method) there is a 1% chance you will be pressed into service at that restaurant for one week. If pressed into service starting on the upcoming Monday you will work at that restaurant as your full time job for those 7 days. You'll be paid as an entry level employee and lose the wages from whatever job you would have been doing instead. How does this change your restaurant going habits? (Note: Being the Doughboys complicates this answer so we'll pretend for the duration of this law you became a kitty litter review podcast. And exploded in popularity.)

John McWilliam

Is there an item that is not unique to a specific chain, that you feel one place does so well that you won’t order it anywhere else for fear of being disappointed?

Erin Boardman

To celebrate leaving for a vacation, my brother and I like to get croissant breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin Donuts. Do you have any foods you treat yourself to at the start of a vacation?

Della

The tomorrow store. If you had the chance to travel 30 years into the future to try a chain restaurant, what chain would you choose? What future food item would we find on the menu?

Robert Britton

I just recently watched/listened to the Force Awakens commentary and thought it was great. (Except for the fact that I had to watch Force Awakens) Have you guys thought about doing some more watch-alongs when Mitch comes back?

Jake I

Honestly we can all admit now that Popeyes bone in chicken is so far above the sandwich theres no real choice

EL ZEE

Do you ever mix different snacks/beverages? I tend to mix juice with a carbonated water. Lemonade mixed with a citrus flavored carbonated water is really good. On the snack side, I’ll mix nuts and trail mix and peanut m&ms together. Make my own mix. Also for the heat seeker. A little Tajin on Greek yogurt gives it a nice kick.

Danny Knox

Mitch, can you please explain the moral of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”? This most recent episode he seemed to have a weak grasp on what exactly the message of this story was. This was not the first time he has shown confusion in relation to this fable. Im sorry mitch, i know you are actually really well educated and a total friggin chad irl. Hi from nz.

Seamus Doyle

If you had a child (which neither of you ever will) and you had to name them after a food, what food would you choose? Would you go with something nuts to embarrass them for 18 years before they can legally change their name or do you pick something subtle where they can hide it? The obvious answers come to mind: mayonnaise, berry, and rigatoni (because they could go by May, Barry, or Tony in everyday life). Thoughts?

Seamus Doyle

My girlfriend and I have joked for years that if we have twin boys, we will name them carbonara and garbanzo. They can go by Carbo and Garbo for short

Hnydamlaw

Mr. Slice, is the glitz and glamor of your single life all that you lead us on to believe? Besides Jesus, you are the only guy I’ve heard of to have so many friends and be completely asexual plus the ride or die mom.

Thomas

Is there any food or particular meal that you absolutely will not share with anyone? Maybe something you can’t get often or a secret stash hidden from roommates or family?

jacob moore

Are there any food items that you'll pretty much always order if a restaurant has it, even if it's not necessarily a personal favorite? For example, if a restaurant offers tater tots, I usually get them thinking that they have to be good if they expect anyone to order them instead of fries.

Russell Maanum

Is there food from a fictional novel (movie for mitch) that you always wish you could have tried? Red wall always had such beautifully described feasts. Never wanted a scone more, than after reading one of those books. Also, shout-out to a fellow burger brigadier John. HBD. Two years ago, he brought me along to the Chicago show and I've been a fan ever since.

Eric Day

I recently found out that the CIA has their own food court because foreign nations used to be able to track when major events were happening by the sudden uptick of pizza deliveries to their headquarters. Apparently, they also have the only Starbucks in the world that uses order numbers instead of names. My question is: what events in your lives could someone accurately predict were happening by sudden shifts in your food deliveries?

iamstilljake69

If you were sent to hell to have an eternity doughathon,  which moment of the show would you continuously play out as your ultimate torture?

Seth Panning

Who would win in a fight. A grilled cheese or a taco?

Jamie Saylor

I love love tortilla chips and cottage cheese. Sometimes I'll mix in some Ortega taco sauce with the cheese. Never tried Doritos with it. What's your fave?? I think regular nacho cheese or taco would be good.

Ross Hall

If each of you were to open a food truck or food stand, name it something, and serve a type of food, what would you name it and what would you serve?

Dan Padley

Nacho cheese is great. The purple bag is great too! The spicy sweet chili flavor

Bry-N

Nick, since you're halfway through your year as a vegetarian, have you found yourself cooking more at home? Likewise, how is Emma's progress in learning to cook seafood? And can Mitch microwave a hot dog without causing a catastrophic structure fire?

Activated Robot

If you could get a Disney Fast pass to any chain, what chain would it be? Never wait in line and the food is always the best version of itself.

Activated Robot

What is a Nintendo themed food you hope to find at Super Nintendo World?

Carlos Nieto

Always wondered about Mitch's pronunciation of "coyote" on Love. Was it Mr. Slice's idea or was it from the script? My wife and I have said it like Randy ever since that episode.

Drew Burnett

Helen Rosner recently called Nobu "essentially the world’s fanciest chain restaurant" in the New Yorker (https://www.newyorker.com/culture/annals-of-gastronomy/how-to-get-a-table-at-carbone). With Mitch's impending return to the City of Angels and indoor dining once again an option, could the Doughboys trick Bob Odenkirk into being the guest for the first fully in-person episode since the start of the pandemic with the promise of a big, fancy Hollywood dinner there?

Christopher Purnell

Like Nick, my girlfriend says she is a heat-seeker. It is a macho way of telling me she is tough. We are Scottish and lots of us prove toughness through food. Are there any foods you eat and seem tough to people?

Brendan

What's the best meal or snack to eat while watching The Tomorrow War when it comes out?

William Lariviere

A question for Mitch. If you could fire Yusong in Mr. Burns fashion, what would your perfect dream firing scenario be?

Nicholas Racette

Howdy partners! I really loved the MREAts double! As a former Wildland firefighter I fave ate my fair share. A couple things; there are decent to good ones (chili mac being my favorite) but you never know which “menu” your crew will get ( A or B). “B Menu” was rumored to be better. Also the “chicklet” gum you guys ate is also a mild laxative because they do stop you up. All that being said. If you were in a war or war like situation what would be a snack to bring you outta hard times? Ps sometimes the MRE comes with a snickers! Thanks listener from the beginning, Nick Racette

G

Am I gay for liking this show

Mary Delaney

Boys, I get the munchies real bad when I partake in the Devil’s lettuce. I think I get zoned out to the texture of things and can’t stop! We’ve heard about Mitch and apple slices and peanut butter, but do y’all have any muncie faves? Also, (Devil’) Lettuce Wrap could be a good gateway to Mitch’s billboard hit. Thanks for the pod

AJ P

Now that you have the "Broken Plate Club" -- what will be in that Patreon tier?

Mitchell Hutchinson

Now that bug mane’s post 911 simulation theory has been proven true will you have him on the pod cast again?

Mary Paren

If you could create a mascot for a restaurant, what would it be and what would the restaurant serve?

Edegar

Do you guys foresee an actual end to the podcast ever or will you do this until you die?

Donnie V

Hey 'boys and Emma, longtime fan thanks for all the laughs. My question is, do you guys have any modifications you make at fast food places that you're embarassed to ask for? Either because it seems like blasphemy or its so minor you seem picky etc. I firmly believe the Big Mac is king of fast food sandwiches, and recently at the recommendation of Dr Britt Baker D,M,D, I tried it without the middle bun. It is a revelation. I felt like an asshole but I'll be asking for it every time from here on out. Thanks!

Brian Edwards

What's an item of food or drink that you've always got to get when you see it on a menu?
