Does Wiger have any advice about disconnecting from smartphones/the internet. A few years ago my wife and I were vacationing in Amsterdam with our friends. One of our friends has family there and we were invited over for dinner. We had been enjoying ourselves possibly a little too much and were really looking forward to a nice relaxing home cooked meal. The lady of the house told us we would be having lasagna and we couldn’t have been happier. When dinner time came and we were seated at the table she presented the main course and said “here you are, lasagna… with BANANAS AND RAISINS”. Yes, it was a normal lasagna but also with bananas and raisins added. It tasted exactly how you’d imagine. My question is, what’s the strangest, most unnecessary addition to a classic dish you’ve ever had?

I learned about how Pringles get made from Doughboys — it's not a 'chip', it's some kind of substrate that gets poured into Pringles-shaped mold. This question is for nick-What is an appropriate distance to post on an exercise app like “strava.” In the past I’ve deleted distances under a mile so my posts didn’t flood my friends’ newsfeed but post baby I care less as my total activities per week have decreased. I also want to get credit so it all counts towards challenges and yearly totals. Also what is the difference between a “hike” and a “walk” Seeing as a lot of folks resolutions are surrounding fitness was curious what your thoughts are. Thanks! 😺

Speaking of books (hi, Joe from Arkansas), I hope Mitch has supportive people in his life to help him process the . . . uncomplimentary treatment of Quincy in Percival Everett’s new novel, Dr. No. It would be spoilery to say too much, but hoo boy, the city gets roasted pretty intensely. Also, there is a minor character named Mitchell, so maybe the whole book is a roast of Mitch?

Mark from Kalamazoo: As someone on the spectrum going to restaurants can be overwhelming. Often I have to research the menu ahead of time so I don't get choice paralysis. This is also why I don't often go to too many different places. I think for me the perfect setup is an applebees at 12 on a weekday and sit at the bar so no one is near me. Do you have other restaurants that you think would fit that kind of criteria. Also I suspect with Wiegs love of trains and anti-social tendencies that he might be a fellow asd. Love the show.

Assuming the virus did roughly as much damage as eating fast food twice a week for a podcast, any tips on mitigating catastrophic damage to health and fitness? I need more info on Wolly and Irma's relationship. Are they super close? Do they cuddle together? Tend to stay in the same room as each other? Or are they more like siblings who would only see each other on holidays but also they have to share a toilet.
