Golems appear to have similar origins to the Crawlers judging by their skin's texture and color, and resemble female humanoids. They appear to posses minor shape shifting abilities, being able to turn both their arms and legs into sharp weapons, as well as summon deadly shards from these extensions. In addition to this, Golems seem to posses an organ that allows them to spawn toxic blisters which show an astonishing intelligent design as they are able to target a particular foe and self detonate when they reach proximity.
