Hey everyone! I need your help investigating a potential issue with VRChat crashing when joining an instance.

I'm trying to determine how widespread this issue is, what circumstances trigger it, and whether it's specific to my world or a broader VRChat issue.

Example of the issue:
On desktop, you attempt to join an instance and reach the "Joining" stage, but VRChat suddenly closes without displaying an error, returning you to your desktop.

I've been playing on a virtual desktop with my Quest 3 connected, but I haven't experienced any issues like that. However, since I've set the instance to “invite only” and have only ever joined it by myself, I don't know how it would work in an instance with multiple people.

I've been tested it in desktop and vr mode, alone and with some friends in any instance variant but everything was for me and my friends normal, i use the Index from Steam.

Huh? I'm a desktop user and I haven't been experiencing any crashes or anything

I had this problem a few days ago, but right now it doesn't happen

I've been able to replicate it today. Seems to be random. Sometimes I clear the preload cache and redownload and it works. Other times, it doesnt.
