FS Batch #3 + Winner... s? (Patreon)

Here are all the Tier 3 sketches plus the winner of this second half of the month... or should I say... winners?

I completely forget that during the second half of the month, only Tier 3 users would be able to participate instead of tier 2 users too.

So, to make up for it, Sakura Kasugano from Street Fighter is the winner of this second half of the month, alongside Rangiku Matsumoto, second highest vote of Tier 3!
