A tale of 2 friends that turned out like a tragedy D: Bazz-B and Haschwalth (or Jugo) started off intense and there was definitely some red flags in the way Bazz was treating Jugo (how about the fact he always called him that despite being told not to :/) and Yhwach definitely knew what to say to get his choice of heir on his side (giving him a purpose, importance and respect) but still....They were friends 'til the end despite everything and it hurt to see them end like this D:

Great reaction! Just to clarify, Ywach knew who Jugram was because he has the Almighty and can see the future. Notice that this was before Ywach's confrontation with Ichibei from 1000 years ago, where his eyes were sealed, as shown in Cour 2. He probably burned down Jugo's forest and Bazz B's home to lure Jugram to himself, since he was able to tell with his future sight that those actions would lead his other half to him. It's also well observed that you guys pointed out that. although Bazz B was trying to be nice and inclusive to Jugram, he still saw Jugram as lesser than himself. Jugram hated the name Jugo because that's what his abusive uncle called him, so of course he didn't like it when Bazz B called him that too. Bazz B kept him close out of pity, and not wanting to leave behind a friend, but it also probably made Bazz B feel better about himself by comparison, to keep around someone who is less outwardly talented than himself. So when Ywach truly validated him and saw the great potential in Jugram, for the first time Jugram felt worthwhile, so of course he would be fiercely loyal to Ywach.
