The email I got entitled "Smarter Every Day posted "Two Vortex Rings Colliding in SLOW MOTION - Smarter Every Day 195" had a warning attached to the top of it saying "Be careful. This message looks like a phishing scam." then gives a link to learn more about phishing scams. Just thought you might want to know.

Do you have to have Dropbox on your machine to open this? Dropbox has caused issues on my machine in the past and I don't want to anything to do with it.

Nate Porter

@KC Farmer I don't have Dropbox installed on my machine, and I was able to open it with no trouble.

It’s very fulfilling to see the payoff of this project. I remember when you posted the picture of a piston here on Patreon in Nov 2015, and told us about your “contraption” in Mar 2016. Every few months I would wonder what it was and if we would ever see the finished project. Here we are, and it didn’t disappoint. I think this lesson of persistence will really stick with me. And I’m glad to have been able to contribute in my own tiny way.

David Linderman's (IMG_9336) image looks as if it could be from Breaking Bad... except instead of making the purest meth, its about making the purest vortex rings. Thank you Destin for these beautiful images!

Thanks! I'm glad you remembered! Holy cow you've been supporting for a long time!

Mark Thompson

Absolutely stunning photos. I'll be checking out the long 12 hour video some time this weekend. Thanks for these Destin.

Rick Fontein

Absolutely stunning. I'm going to use a few of these as desktop wallpapers. Thanks for sharing!

Austin Burnham

You haven’t given me any reason to stop supporting, so here I still am!

Steve Govea

just me...but this team up has a breaking bad vibe to it

Michael

Thanks, they are really cool!

Jelle Poland

HI! I would really love these photos. Is it possible to find them somewhere?

Hans Schulze

Just joined today. Where are the pictures I was hoping to see?

Orkun

Hi, it says ''This item was deleted''. Any chance I can get photos ?

Matt Jones
