The initial airbrushing stages for Sanguinius' armour. Scroll down and you'll see the oil stage video that's gone live at the same time. This should give you a nice head start leading into the weekend.

The entire Sanguinius Masterclass tutorial series can be found here.

Myles, a quick question - is there tutorial explaining how you got the model to where it is at the start of this vid? I watched the nmm video and that explains the sketching out and initial colouration that it looks like you may have done here but I was unsure if there are any subtleties with which point you should stop at before you go onto the TMM stream (which is the direction I want to go with mine)

Myles. Question. When you applied oil onto acrylic you most of the time gloss varnish the miniature. After the oil paint dried how do you restore the miniature to a matte looking finish.. Thanks

The NMM theory is exactly the same for this. You should think of the bounce reflections, shadows and highlights in all the same way. It takes a little while to get your head around, but hoepfully the next video should clarfiy the actions made with the brush

Wow... This is so good. I have not seen the TMM Dorn video yet. Do you use the same god for Dorn as for Sanguinius, or have you done them differently to make the models look distinctly different? (too scared to try NMM)
