I believe this is the very first scenery piece developed for the patreon. We combine our two greatest passions - marble, and filthy weathering.

This isn't the finely sculpted marble of the Legio's - oh no. This is grimy, filth-encrusted marble that's sat in the elements of millennia.

Enjoy!

Scenery: Weathered Marble

Myles, I’m using this technique for a bunch of bases! I’ve used the reds and greens, but I feel like I ended up with those colors being overpowering. I’ve since gone back and glazed some white back over to mute those. What do you think about doing a light drybrush with a white to tie things together? I know I can also use weathering powders, but I’m just curious what you think about that.
