This detail is perhaps the most difficult. From materials, probably biflex.

4. From jewelry - these are chains with green gem with drop like shape (matching the color of Fischl's eyes)

I also want to add that the left glove is translucent, and a black manicure would look great there (it just didn't look very nice on art)
